Wales

Wales. The Cup final was typical – two teams from the professional leagues, one English club.
Cardiff City AFC 1-0 4-0 Chester City
Chester City lost the Welsh Cup just like they did in 1965-66 final.
Cardiff City won 4th consecutive Cup and 15th altogether. As a proper Welsh club, they were going to play in the European Cup Winners Cup again.
